This PRIVACY NOTICE FOR CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS supplements the information contained in the Privacy Policy of Fintrustia and its affiliates (collectively, “we,” “us,” or “our”) and applies solely to visitors, users, households, and others who reside in the State of California (“consumers” or “you”).

We obtain personal information from: Directly from you – when you provide documents or complete forms. Indirectly from you – through activity on our website or use of our services. Automatically – website usage data and analytics. Third parties – affiliate marketers, credit reporting agencies, or partners who assist in providing financial products. Employees and applicants – information provided in the employment context.
Use of Personal Information.
We collect and use personal information solely to provide and improve our financial services, including: Evaluating creditworthiness (with your permission). Identifying suitable financial or loan offers. Communicating with you regarding applications and available options. We never share your information for advertising or promotional purposes.

We do not sell your personal information.
